Shopping Procedure

1. Visit playo.global Online Shop to start browsing our product catalog

   • Note: Official Merchandise refers to products from the official flagship stores of the respective game or brand owners, designed and produced under license. Other items may be from authorized third-party companies or fan-made creators.

2. Click on a product to learn more about it on its product detail page.

3. Hit the “Add to Cart” button if you wish to purchase the product. It will then appear in your “Shopping Cart”.

4. To continue shopping, you can close the Shopping Cart panel and repeat steps 2 and 3. Once you have all desired items in your cart, proceed to place your order by clicking the “Checkout” button within the Shopping Cart.

5. On the Checkout page, fill in your information, select your preferred delivery and payment methods, then click the “Place Order” button.

6. Review your delivery details and “Confirm Payment” to finalize your order and complete payment.

   • If you have a discount code, you may enter it on the “Shopping Cart” page before proceeding to checkout.

8. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking code will be sent once your order is dispatched. You can use this code to check the shipping status at any time. 9. The shopping procedure is completed once the parcel is received and signed for.

About Shipping

• We provide air freight parcel delivery at flat rates for two service classes: Standard and Express, for all destinations except Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, and Mainland China.

• Standard Shipping is the default economical method, while Express is a faster, more direct delivery service. Please note that the actual shipping process will NOT begin UNTIL your order processing is complete, which may take a considerable amount of time. • We can ship to most locations worldwide. The list below shows shipping rates for specific countries/regions. A fixed rate applies to destinations not listed.

  • Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR & Mainland China: Free ground delivery

  • Asia – Cambodia, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam: 25 USD / 60 USD for Express

  • United States (mainland): 45 USD / 70 USD for Express

  • United States (remote regions): 80 USD (Express not available)

  • Canada: 35 USD / 60 USD for Express

  • Europe – Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom: 30 USD / 60 USD for Express

  • Australia, New Zealand: 30 USD / 60 USD for Express

  • Rest of the World: 80 USD (Express not available)

• Due to local regulations, certain product categories (e.g., electronics like mobile phones) may have shipping restrictions to specific countries. If an item in your cart cannot be shipped to your selected address, shipping methods will not be available during checkout. You may need to remove the item to proceed.

About Payment

• We accept credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and UnionPay, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All prices on our online shop are listed in USD and transactions will be charged in USD.

• Alternative Payment Method (HKD): For customers unable to pay in USD via credit card, we can arrange a special payment link to accept payment via China UnionPay credit card, WeChat Pay, or Alipay in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). The HKD amount will be calculated based on the order total in USD and the USD/HKD exchange rate from XE.com on the day we process your request. Your card issuer will convert this charge to your local currency. This option is provided for specific needs; please use the standard USD methods if possible.
