01. SHIPPING POLICY
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Processing Time: 3 – 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This is an estimate and begins once items arrive at our warehouse from suppliers.
Order Tracking: Tracking details will be emailed immediately upon shipment. If your parcel has not arrived 30 days post-shipment, please contact us.

POTENTIAL DELAYS
While we strive for prompt delivery, delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control:
Supply chain bottlenecks at manufacturer/official flagship sources (which may take up to 1.5 months to reach our warehouse).
Regional lockdowns, postal disruptions, holidays, customs inspections, or adverse weather.
Please note: Shipping delays cannot be used as a reason for a refund.
DUTIES, TAXES & LOST MAIL
Import Duties & VAT: Customers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, or local taxes incurred upon arrival. To minimize these charges, shipment documents will declare item values under $10 USD.
Lost Mail: We are not liable for mail lost post-processing and shipment. However, we will actively assist you in cooperating with logistics to locate your package.
02. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
GENERAL TERMS
All sales are final. To maintain standard operations, we do not support returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Returns/exchanges are strictly limited to defective or incorrect items.
ELIGIBILITY & PROCESS
Reporting Window: If your item is flawed, defective, or incorrect, you must [Contact Us] within 3 days of delivery. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Window: Once authorized, defective items must be shipped back to us within 30 days.
Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original, exact condition—unused, unaltered, and with all packaging materials completely undamaged.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Fees: Original shipping fees and return postage are non-refundable. For approved exchanges, the shipping fee for the replacement item will be waived.
Refund Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically back to your original payment method within 5 business days. (Bank processing times may vary; if 7 business days have passed since approval, please contact us).
Inventory Availability: We constantly update stock availability. In the rare event that a purchased item is out of stock or undeliverable, you may exchange it for other items of equivalent value. Remaining balances/price differences are non-refundable.
